10 words and phrases to say in french to a woman you want to date or impress...
le français la langue de l'amour.... french the language of love.

French or la “langue française” is a Latin language spoken as a first language in various communities and second-language speakers of French are distributed throughout many parts of the world. For many it is considered one of the most romantic language, a language sweet to the ears of those who hear it and sweet as the nectar into the mouths of those who speak it. If you want to be part of the romantics heroes like Cyrano de Bergerac just start with these few sentences.

-Tu es belle…(You are beautiful)

2 -Tes cheveux sont magnifiques…(Your hair is beautiful)

3 -Tu sent bon…(You smell good)

4 -Est-ce que tu veux nager nu avec moi?…(Do you want to swim naked with me?)

5 -Veux-tu danser avec moi..(Do you want to dance with me)

6 -Est-ce que je peu t’embrasser?…(Can I kiss you?)

7 -Veux-tu faire l’amour avec moi?…(Do you want to make love with me?)

8 -Veux-tu marcher avec moi dans les sentiers de l’amour?…(Do you want to walk with me in the paths of love?)

9 -Est-ce que tu veux m’épouser?…(Do you want to marry me?)

10 -And the last one, the classical one…Je t’aime…( I love You)

So if you don’t have the car, the money or beauty to impress a woman do it with the words of this romantic language but for the pronunciation you’ll have to look elsewhere

Time to ask ourselves some questions before we speak. Just a few placed seconds before we drop words that hurt and not heal. Take the time to think :)

“He gossips habitually; he lacks the common wisdom to

keep still that deadly enemy of man, his own tongue”

: o ) Mark Twain

Think before you speak; how often have you heard this gem growing up? Plenty of times I am sure.

Yet time and time again we insert a word or conversation that we regret or at the very least causes more harm than good.

Everything we do and say should have powers to help or heal or at the very least do no harm.

When we reach out with our words we don’t know how much hurt they can cause, until its to late.

Words of course can also heal, help and uplift. The power of the spoken word has positive and not so positive aspects.

So the next time you want to speak and perhaps blurt something out ask your self these questions:

What harm could these words cause another?

Does this statement share gossip or does it share good news?

Will I in any way regret the words I am about to say?

If you can take the time to practice these 3 questions then maybe you can make the time to not cause harm or discomfort.

Just saying and as always sharing and caring and sending you a smile for today : )

Video of the day

Words can Really Hurt

Reckless words pierce like a sword, but the tongue of the wise brings healing. – Proverbs 12:18 (NIV)

There are some words and phrases that have took on new meanings, lesser meanings and a life all their own. It's a shame......

I know things are different because the world changes but honestly, morals and decency should remain the same. I am not on Soap Box. You have to be a perfect person to do so. But some of the things people say today makes me wonder if their punishment should be to be put out on an island so that they can bore each other with each other. Give them different sentences according to how irritating they have been. I’m talking about simple terms that we all know in America that have suddenly taken on new meanings. I have a few that I’d like to share and explore…….

Coming in as #1) “I Am Beautiful, I am this, I am that” (usually spoken by a woman): My first thought is this and it’s pretty simple: Who in tarnation has asked you about it? Usually it runs across a Facebook status and you just wonder, what world did they fall from? This is vain, it’s cheap and it’s mostly out of insecurity that ANYONE would have to gush over THEMSELVES. Somewhere during the last couple of decades it became chic to answer “I know” when someone tells you you’re pretty. Or worse, force them to agree with you electronically by pushing a like button or worse, agreeing with you in the comment section on Facebook! Uck!

Coming is as #2) “MY Fiance” (usually spoken by women). Now, there is no ring, no announcement. You’re having relations with your partner and who am I to judge that? Still he is not your betrothed. That comes with an announcement, a ring and a promise. Get it girls? I don’t want you to have multiple fiance’s.

Coming is as #3) “They’re just hatin” Oh really? We can hate people that don’t even have good command of their own language? I’d certainly be pathetic to hate that! Give us a break. You’re a dime a dozen, waiting for change so to make you feel better about yourself, you go on a rampage that everything that has happened to you was because someone hated on you. That’s not even correct English. @#!!@#!**!# is better!

Coming in as #4) Conversate: Okay. Now it’s time for someone to put me out of my misery. It had to make the Webster Dictionary, which loosely states it as an incomplete word. Webster has sort of fallen by the wayside too, if you think about it. I mean why is “Bootilicious” in there as well? “Ain’t” made it years ago but it is slang. I can sort of understand a slang word getting there. When I am talking to you I am conversing with you and if we are having a conversation of course we’re still conversing. Still I am going to ask to converse with you and perhaps it will turn into a conversation. But to conversate is simply cheap, cheap, cheap…….. Mr. Webster, PLEASE!!!

Coming in as #5) “MY Princess”…You see, during the 80s and early 90s, there were so many Animations borrowing from the theme of the little pretty girl being a Princess. Everything was about Tierras and long dresses, long hair and the girl living in some sort of Kingdom. Seems like ladies from that generation are eager to call their daughters such names on a constant basis. My PRINNNN-CESSSSS Please ladies, stop pumping that word for all it’s worth. Your daughters are not Princesses. You are turning them into little brats as far as I am concerned who will definitely have a false sense of arrogance, since of course, they are Princesses amongst us Commoners. Pal-lease!!!!

Coming in as #6 ) Platinum or White Gold: You know, Sterling Silver can be made to look quite impressive. It’s still an organic Metal, mixed with a lesser amount of copper which makes it tarnish but is easily restored with cleaning. I have heard folks refer to pretty sterling silver as both white gold or platinum. Good suggestion: take it to a Pawn Shop or Jeweler and have it appraised!

Coming in as #7) Partay, not Party: E-ew. That is so contrived, so ghettofied and stupid. Yes, I made up ghettofied. Some commercial had some Black ladies say this on a commercial on Holiday Shopping at a certain large store. It wasn’t cute, it was ugly to me. I can’t exactly tell you why. I would take too long. I wouldn’t have done that commercial for all the money in the wor…….wait, maybe I would have but they may have fired me too. I’d have been too conscious of it being a word structured just for Women of Color (hate that phrase too) so I’ll say, Black women! I am NOT a cliche.

Coming as #8) Friends with Benefits: Cheap, stupid, immoral, sleazy, @#!!@**@#!!, the list goes on with this one. Just what does that stupid mouthful of words really mean? It means that you’re a sleaze sleeping with another sleaze for fun and games and nothing more. You are not friends. There is another grosser and yet more honest word for that but let’s not make this worse. What is the benefit genius other than the fact that you are stank? The best thing anyone can do if they consider themselves somebody’s friend with benefits is to keep that trash to themselves. The thing about this word too, is that when you witness people say it, you can see the stupidity slide right across their faces as they deliver those lines. Friends with benefits….drats @#%*!! ……..

Coming in as #9) Having said that……Have you noticed that this phrase can even be used by an idiot? It can. Having said that, please stop saying that. You haven’t impressed me…..

You are in control of influencing peoples moods. When you say something you either support there mood or change it. You don't even have to be talking to that individual. There are lots of different feeling, and emotions. Also there are different levels of feelings, and emotions.

Wow! Can you believe the things we say to each , other these days? The reason I’m writing about this today is cause I want to draw attention to the fact that when you say something to anyone they feel a certain way about what you said. Okay, maybe I should get straight to the point right?

Emotions, feelings, and attitudes. Everyone has them and they vary through out the day which make up we wear. Sometimes we have control and sometimes we don’t. I’m pretty sure we all wish we had the “Laugh Out Loud Button.” Where you could press it, and laugh out of control for about 15 minutes… How awesome would that be? Wow! I’m disappointed God didn’t consider that one. See I just changed my mood with a thought, and it wasn’t intentional.

If you could get really good at knowing people’s moods, and know how to read what mood different people are in. Depending on what you would do with the skill you would be a likable person. Why? Think about it. No, we don’t have the “Laugh Out Loud button,” but what about that person that always know exactly what to say? What about that person that can make you laugh at will? Think about that, how do you feel about them? How do you feel about the people you don’t like? Why?

When you talk, your tone, body language, and what you say could support a mood or change a mood. Most of the time multiple people at once are effected, and you don’t even have to be talking to the person. We have the power to control people in a way of manipulating there feelings. That’s why people in power are to never show emotion, because you know my moods and how to change my mood gives you some control over me. When you say something to anger me, I’m to hide my feelings in a high position so you don’t learn how to control or rub me. This is why kids have temper tantrums.

Now we are getting to the point, examine what you have said around people or to people for the last week or so. If you are talking to someone, what you say will support there mood or change it. We are always in a mood, there are lots of them, and different levels. Some people cannot socialize, cause they don’t know how to talk to people. Kids learn the basics from parents, and practice at school or where they communicate with friends or family. Some examples different feeling and moods are at the end of this article.

First you have to decide are you going to be a person that cares about how others feel? Then your going to have to decide rather you care about how people feel about you? And to what degree you care about either? This is a guide to help you filter what you say, how you say it, and most important. THE MOTIVE….

Motive: An emotion, desire, physiological need, or similar impulse that acts as an incitement to action

Your purpose should be good, cause sometimes we say the wrong things, for a good cause. Perfect example, when talking to dogs, cats, or kids… Even elders, you know who you had an outburst with, but you only say that stuff cause you care. If it was anyone else you wouldn’t say two words cause you don’t care. If it was an co-worker you got into it with, don’t say you didn’t care. Cause if you said something back in return you got full of your emotion, and you had to swing back in little or no control.

Remember the words you say out your mouth are intended for the listeners who heard it. If you don’t care how they feel, then you said it for you. You said it for a selfish purpose. Why? Cause you told yourself in your head, and everyone else doesn’t need to know. Or if it’s intended for one person, deliver it for one person. Now someones child heard what you said, and the mood of the parent has changed. That was an example. This is even with strangers. Do you want the next person to have a good day? If you don’t your life need to take a turn for the best. I’m not saying go around praising people, but be aware of feelings. Do you want the next person to have bad day? Maybe die, huh? Come on…. It’s just becoming a better you. A peoples person….

People that talk a lot are usually the one no one likes, and now it’s obvious why. Cause they are at a bigger risk of changing peoples moods often, hopefully for the good. Very good singers, and comedians change moods for the best. Even though it’s common comedians can offend people, but they come with an open mind so it’s not as bad. So be aware of how you effect people with your speech. Choose your words carefully, and become better at reading peoples emotions, and feelings even though some are obvious. And listen a little harder to what people say and watch how you feel about the things people say. Remember, what are to care what people say to a degree, and we are not to care what people say to a degree. Balance is not always easy but very necessary. Have A Great Day!!!

I love the feeling I feel when I have written a poem or a piece and I read it back and KNOW that it is good.

I need to VOICE my own voice without fear of judgement or reprisal. My OPINION is equally as valid as anyone else’s!

I need to SHARE. My pain, my joy, my excitement, my lessons, my heart, my emotion, my knowledge, my understanding. Maybe it will HELP someone else.

To express words, thoughts, ideas, emotions, reasons, dreams, heart and soul that INSPIRE.

In lots of relationships, the single moment that decides whether or not the relationship has any future comes at point where one or the other of the parties involved comes out with those three otherwise insignificant words.

It is a fact that most people believe that women are always first to utter the words I love you in the course of relationships, but in fact it is the other way round, and the strange thing is that, where sex is concerned, those interested in flings like to say those words after the act, whilst more committed lovers prefer to say it beforehand.

In lots of relationships, the single moment that decides whether or not the relationship has any future comes at point where one or the other of the parties involved comes out with those three otherwise insignificant words, in a simple sentence loaded with mysterious and romantic meanings.

A new study, recently commissioned, now hints that both evolution and science and evolution can help offer explanations about who, in reality is more likely to declare love first, and how hearing those words affects the recipient, some results being anything but stereotypical.

Researchers needed, they felt, to invoke in test subjects times when the sexual might lead to pregnancy, days in which women tend to be much more cautious and more sceptical of love declarations from male partners. Despite the modern age of birth control, the findings show that, even for singles navigating today’s dating scene, this attitude persists

For some time now, social psychologists have about the male tendency to express love first, in most relationships, and in surveys of 45 people walking by, the survey found 65% of people believed women to be first to say I love you first, whilst 85% were sure that women developed serious feelings first, as a rule.

Two further studies, of people ranging from mid-20s to 60s, showed that men are first to declare love 70% of time, whilst three more surveys conducted – on reaction to hearing those words – threw up some interesting responses, not least of which was men generally were happier to hear the three little words than women were if the couple had not yet had sex.,

Post-sex, women are particularly prone to feeling happiness boosted, tending to support the theory of their tending to prioritize relationships when getting pregnant is a possibility. Those men more interested in committed relationships tended to be happier hearing the words after sex rather than before it.

Men referring short-term flings, on the other hand, are happiest on being told pre-sex that the women they intend to sleep with loves them, all the results suggesting that it might well be evolutionary impulses which drive people to flirt and date a lot, even when internal emotions seem genuine, just playing the mating game by doing what feels right, whether conscious of doing so or not.

The question is not really one of who will be the first to utter those three very powerful little words, but how sincerely they are meant, and how the person hearing them reacts to what they hear. Saying something so emotive should never be done lightly, so think carefully before saying something to get into someone’s bed that you might later bitterly regret.

In today's world, where almost everybody is busy, the need to read faster is also needed. This article will give a reader a few tips on how to read faster, hope this information can help.

Majority of the people in the civilized world can read, there is no question about that; however, only a few can read with an admirable speed. Reading faster than usual is vital in today’s existence; why? Because the flow of information has increased too much like a flood, instead of a spring. The ability to read faster is not by birth, but by practice. Meaning, anyone can do it. Here are a few tips that may guide us on how to read faster.

The first step is, read often as possible without opening the mouth. We are trained to read using our lips, and with it, allowing the voice to be heard. We have to eliminate that particular style of reading if we want to read faster. The second step is, when reading, don’t let your eyes go back and forth. Meaning, you have to move forward. Even if you can’t understand clearly all that you are reading; don’t go back, just continue reading. In the long run, your comprehension will increase. The third step is, maintain your speed while reading. In doing that, your concentration of getting the facts and ideas while reading would certainly improve. The fourth step is, learn more words or increase your vocabulary arsenal. This is very important; if a person can understand many words, then it can be a big help for him or her to read faster.

The swear words and their substitutes... they are the same!

When a person chooses to eliminate curse words from their vocabulary, they do so because of the meaning of those words. However, I am a bit baffled by why some of these people choose to use substitutes for these words. Do these words not have the same connotations as the curse words that you try so hard to avoid? For example, many people may say “darn” instead of damn. I see absolutely no difference when you simply replace the curse word with darn.

Words only have meanings because we say they have meanings. And as we see with many words, some have more than one meaning so the context in which the word is spoken or written greatly determines the meaning of the word. People do not curse because they don’t like the meaning of the curse word, but do the substitute words not have the same meaning? ”Darn” or “friggin” may not be the actual curse words accepted by society, but they carry the same connotation as their swear word counterparts and are essentially the same. So whether you say shit or shoot, it is the same thing. It carries the same meaning and portrays the same message. That, after all, is the purpose of using substitute curse words-to create the same impact of the curse word without actually saying it. It’s all the same to me!

Writing an article doesn’t just mean putting down thoughts into words then typing and writing it. You have to capture the interest of your readers and get them to keep on reading. To send your message across you have to get the attention of the reader and have a firm grasp of their interest and pique their curiosity.

The main ingredient in baking up an article is a large dose of creativity. While creativity may come natural to many people, some just gets into a block or something to that effect that can drive someone crazy. Many writers have literally torn their hair out when they get writers block and just can’t seem to get their creative juices flowing.

Putting words into images in the readers mind is an art. A clear and crisp depiction requires a certain flair that only creativity can provide. Similes and metaphors help a lot, but the way an article gets entwined word for word, sentence by sentence then paragraph by paragraph into a whole article develops the essence of the article.

So just what do you have to do when nothing comes to mind? There is no surefire ways to get the perfect ideas but there are easy ways to get your creative juices flowing. No one can guarantee you of having the perfect mindset but many methods may aid you in achieving that state of mind. Here are five easy ways for that.

1) Keep a diary or a journal with you always. Ideas can be triggered by anything you may hear, see, or smell. Your senses are your radar in finding great ideas. Write all of them into a journal and keep it with you for future reference. You may also write down anything that you have read or heard, someone’s ideas could be used to develop your own ideas and this is not stealing. Remember that ideas and creativity can come from anywhere; it’s the development of the idea that makes it unique.

2) Relax and take time to sort things out. A jumbled mind cannot create any space for new ideas. Everyone must have a clear mind if one wishes to have their creativity in full speed. Get rid of all obstacles that can be a hindrance to your creativity. If you are bothered by something, you cannot force your mind to stay focused.

Try to relax every time that you can and think about your experiences and interactions with others. Your experiences are what shape your mindset and your opinions which could be reflected on your writings. Try to discover yourself, find out what triggers your emotions. Discover what inspires you and what ticks you off. You can use these emotions to help you in expressing yourself and your ideas, with this you can grow creatively.

3) Create a working place that can inspire your creativeness. Your working place can be quite a hindrance if it doesn’t make you feel happy or relaxed. Creativity comes from being in a good state of mind and a messed up workplace that causes distraction won’t be conducive in firing up your creative flow.

Surround your working place with objects that makes you happy and relaxed. You may put up pictures, or scents, objects that inspire, or anything that can get your creativeness cranking. A clean and well organized workplace also rids of distractions and unwanted hindrances. With a good working place, you can work in peace and never notice the time pass by.

4) Set the mood. Setting the mood requires you to just go with the moment or to induce your self to feeling what makes your mind works best. Finding out what makes you tick could help you find ways to get your creative juices flowing. Set the pace and tempo for your mood and everything else will follow.

There are many ways to set the mood. Some writers have been known to use alcohol, a little sip of wine to stir up the imagination. Some would like some mood music while others let the lighting of the environment create the mood.

5) Go on a getaway and just do something unlike crazy. Letting yourself go and have fun produces adrenaline that can make your imagination go wild. Take an adventure or a solemn hike. Whatever it is that is unusual from your daily routine can take the rut out of your schedule. In no time at all, your creativeness will make use of that experience and get your imagination to go on overdrive.
