Researchers say we can cultivate our own happiness. It doesn’t take an expensive house and car. It doesn’t take status and income. Our positive attitude and the way we think assures our own happiness. Our children learn moms and dads attitudes and carry them throughout their lives. For our sakes and our childrens, its essential that we think positive, learn to be happy and not stew in our own juices. Researchers say that with the right attitude, we can be happy just as easily as we can be sad.
