The next time you tune into one of your favourite shows study the presenters. Which type of programmes do presenters work on? How are these put together and how does the presenter fit in? Do they link items together or control the direction of the show?

Think about these questions and try to answer them as best you can.

The important thing to remember is that if you are going to be seen by millions of others on TV you need to have a good self image. If you can not be confident in what you are saying, even if it is just talking to a camera, you will not come across as believable. Take a look at yourself before taking on this career.
