Authentic Bartending School

Today I took a trip to the AUTHENTIC BARTENDING SCHOOL in New Jersey. I gotta say, at first glimpse it really doesn’t look all that. I pictured a shiny walled and floored classroom with a fancy bar and a high ceiling. That’s definitely not what it looks like. Its over a carpet store for one. Its a small rinky dink looking place that’s looks pretty worn and really not up to my standards…I can be real boo-jee pish posh sometimes and really expect the best of the best, not always a necessary attitualcde. However, though I was not at all impressed with its looks I did get to sit in on some of a class and it seems to be somewhat promising. Its not a university after all, I’m going to learn about pouring drinks. I signed up anyway and I start soon. I will be back for the update on how it really goes down in there. Wish me luck…
