3. Try to break a record every time you work. If you can write one letter in twenty minutes try to reach the minimum amount of time you can. One secret: One second writing a letter is too much.

4. Artificial intelligence is the ultimate future of men. Machines doing all kinds of work is an attainable dream even if it’s just centuries from now. Today you can already use some of it. Smart software can spot which parts of your work you can do faster and by installing a time management software you can see exactly what you are doing wrong and improve it.

1. Practice intensive sports. When you use all your energy, your body “learns” to store more in case you repeat “the joke” and this means your energy reserves are always there for you either for sport or for work, that’s the secret. See any man working with a computer and just by his work speed and endurance you can tell if he practises sport or not.

2. Drink an energy drink but just one for a special hard day. Energy drinks increase temporarily the amount of energy you have available to you and the amount of energy your body can transfer to the muscles are brain. Sugar, caffeine and other substances make magic.
