Being a Boss or Just Being Rude

Bosses are supposed to be in charge and let you know when you’ve done something wrong, and to also let you know when you are doing a good Job. But there are those who are just down right rude.

I work for a Boss who can be a great person when she wants to be but at the same time she also can be the meanest person to work for.

Have you ever met a boss who has so many different mood swings in an 8 hour shift. The moment when she walks through the door she is mad at the whole world and doesn’t even give you the chance to make a mistake just being alive your a mistake in itself.

Everyone continues to do their job the best that they can and then leave to go home at the end of the day and yet someone of go home in a bad mood to yell at our kids or husband and wives or just go home to sit and cry.

You would say find a different job well that is a lot easier said then done the community that we live in has places laying off left and right unless you are willing to relocate and move far away we are just stuck working underneath this monster of a boss.
