Concerns About Lack of Minorities on NBC?

What happened to just hiring the best person for the job???

This might passably be the prime example of why affirmative action just does not work! I mean really how the hell does hiring some one just because they are black or Latino make any sense? You need more of them so that the population doesn’t think your a racist? Because I highly doubt its for true human equality because if that was the case you would be color blind!

Trying to force equality, or just hiring minorities because they are minorities is in-fact racist! The sooner that we realize that never should a Pearson’s race or gender be a factor unless it is something that the person cant do because of there race/gender such as females in combat etc. even then there are plenty of females who can preform there duties in combat it just could add whole new levels of complications when they do IMO.

I just thought this was funny as hell that they try to force diversity probably turning down 100’s of qualified individuals who probably really need a job. I love how “diversity” only relates to having more minorities now adays instead of its definition of “A range of different things” instead of flaunting how much you care about race how about you get that irrelevant crap out of your head and hire people with a diverse way and walk of life. How many homosexuals do they employ? how many trans-genders, poor people, rich people, democrats, republicans. Rating your diversity on a race by race level is extremely shallow don’t you think?
