Working together as teams has proven to be more effective while working in groups. When working in a team environment it is essential to understand the importance of individual cultures and diversity. The conscience effort of studying personality traits in people could make working in a team setting a good learning experience, thereby achieving the goals of the team.
As individuals join together all of there abilities can be honed together to work toward common goals. Members in teams can easily utilize specialized abilities such as common traits to share in the benefits of the team tasks. When working together with others, aspects of behavior can be address on an individualized basis. For examples factors such as stress, lack of motivation could cause conflict among team members. These emotions can be assessed and quickly detoxified with a small amount of effort. Others can strive to increase our awareness when we work closely in a group setting issues of others prompts awareness when we work in teams and can cause certain successful strategies.
For example on a team there are various levels of skills and abilities. If the goal were to create a structured environment in which many individuals were to work together their might be a need to create a manager for the team. This will allow the manager to control and monitor the process of the team events. Managers come highly skilled and well educated when the need arise to conquer a mission. Managers have the skills and the abilities of effective listening skills to reason with the personality traits of different individuals on a team. Our team to a certain extent is maximum latitude in our work we are each responsible for effectively communicating our ideas and responses to a given assignment to each other. Each one of use must have a level of dedication and commitment toward our fellow peers.
Values and attitudes portray a large role while working in a team environment. The team must be dedicated to making sure each task is achieved in a timely manner. Everyone has a rigorous schedule since we are all adults and each of us has a responsibility to the team. If we want a task achieved in relativity a short time generally there is a need to set a time line for the team task. This type of team works closely together and is disbanded at the conclusion of the task. Everyone has high standards and is expected to bring good values and attitudes for the good of the team project. There is no need for bad behavior and other irreverent personal responses. Thereby, the team can place together an effective project. Constant moral support lends the team the right attitude while achieving the end results of a particular mission. It is important for the team to understand its goals within the organization. Our team is able to effectively communicate by maintaining good positive attitudes and values (Schermerhorn, Hunt, & Osborn, 2005).
