Do You Bring Your Problems From Home to Work
Bringing your home problems to work.
Bringing your problems to work, this can be a burn to you, personal issues during WORK TIME.
If you are having a personal problems take a day off, sort out whatever is bothering you, don’t think taking it to work will solve anything.
What you need at work is productivity not a bunch of whiners, or complainers, the job becomes stressed and the normal day turns out to be a complicated one you are not fully focused on your work only, on what is bothering you. Your work place becomes an unhappy one. You tend to snap at your boss and co-workers.
It is part of your life, but control is required, the ideas that will help you keep your problems at home.
You shouldn’t invade your work with such issues, the best leaders are the ones who delegate, have a mind set, you can’t run your home and your work without delegating.
If you need help as for it don’t be to proud and think you can handle everything. Mentally, you can’t keep yourself from either places, but you got to stay focused. Not every one can shut out distractions, you must be able to separate work form home and vice versa.
If you set hours for yourself this will give you time between parenting and work. When you leave home your problems are not left behind, you become preoccupied at work worrying about how it is all at home, this results in poor communication at work.
It can affect your job to the extent of losing it then your life will be in turmoil, think about your choices in life don’t be hasty.

My husband and I work at the same place so it is often hard not to talk about work at home or bring such problems home.

It’s wise to separate the 2. likewise, don’t bring work to home!

This is very true definitely. You have written about something many people don’t even take into consideration. Good post!
