When you quit from your old job, or even if you’re just starting, it’s inevitable to face the judgements of your new co-workers. You just have to get used to it: All the attentions are on you, man. When you do great, they don’t care. But when you do even just a bit of wrong, prepare yourself to receive stares from them every single day until the issues have calmed down.
It’s also nice to be noticed when you’re new. Take the chance to show em what you got, because when another new hiree comes along, you’d wish you gave them your shot the time when they all care about what you do. But what I hate about being the new girl is when you try to make new friends and some might just love you but some talk shits behind your back, saying who do I think I am, being nice and all that. Hey calm yo tits yo, what did I do?? Like double u t f. And when you talk to guys (because back on your college days talking to guys was just normal and no one gives a fuck about it), some will say you’re a whore, you have a boyfriend so why are you hanging out with other guys?…Well screw them. Maybe they’re just jealous you don’t chose them to hang with.
Ah well, since i’ve said long enough, I want you guys to always act professional. Don’t give a shit about what other nosy people says as long as it’s not important. At work, act decent and add a bit of your personality! Give it your best shot because you can’t be the new guy forever.
