Good Manager………..

In each big Group, there’s a hierarchy of organization that keeps the whole process running smoothly. Whether you’re a higher-ranking (upper level) Manager, middle Manager, or supervisor, you’re accountable for directing people so that the association’s goals are accomplished. A good Manager can motivate people, learn from previous mistakes, and gain respect from a team. This article focuses on managers in a big association rather than in a little).

Motivate people. Why are the workers there? What keeps them with your association and stops them from going anywhere else? What makes them stick with the association after a bad day or a bad week? Don’t assume it’s money–most people aren’t that basic. Ask the employees how they like their job on a regular basis.

Delegate. You’re a boss because you’re good at what you do, but that doesn’t mean you’re hypothetical to do it ALL. Your job as a boss is to teach other people how to do a good job. If you’re painful with delegating, however, this can be a huge leap of faith for you. One way to conquer this is to start small. Give people tasks that, if performed wrongly, can be fixed.

Let people make mistakes. As a boss, you take liability for other people’s actions, so the previous thing you want to do is be accountable for someone Else’s mistakes. In an attempt to be proactive and prevent mistakes, you might give careful instructions and create clear, strict standards

Learn from your own mistakes. When belongings don’t turn out the way you predictable, know what you would’ve done in a different way and verbalize this consciousness to your employees.

Treat everyone equally. Most of us aren’t as democratic as we’d like to be. Many times, preference happens on a intuitive level. The propensity is to give more positive recognition to the populace who remind us of ourselves in some way and who in fact like us, rather than to the citizens who make the main gifts to the Group.
