Hard Work Pays and There is No Short Route to Success

How hard work is important for young people to establish themselves in the profession.

Many of us like to the word “success”,  “prosperity”, get-rich-quick and in order to climb the ladder of success, hard work is the only route that is appropriate and fit to stay and enjoy the fruits of hard work.

The story of “idle man in workers paradise” gives a message that those who work hard do not make friendship with idle people. God, The Almighty also appointed Adam in garden of Eden to work and live along with Eve, and as a matter of fact, God also worked for six days in creating the universe and after six days of hard labor, rested on the Sabbath day and also advised the humanity, to work for six days and rest on Sabbath day.

But, it is very easy to tell others to work hard, whereas the task is very difficult until someone’s own self is involved how difficult it is to exercise and practice hard work whether it is working on computer for quite long hours, physically working in a manufacturing company, desk jobs, field jobs or any hard work that requires physical and mental energy.

Some of the best examples of hard work vs. success are our scientists viz. Albert Einstein, Sir Isaac Newton, Alexander Graham bell and our recent computer technology billionaires Bill Gates, Michael Dell and Sir Tim Berners Lee who brought the entire globe under single roof by  creating computer technology which is now reaching corners of the world generating fast paced world for every computer user.

Computer technology has opportunities for everyone who has learnt how to use computers and in fact, the opportunities are increasing more and more  and there is no dearth of employment for future years whereas which is the field that one is interested to put in efforts, is more important in order to work in that path.

The buzz in this globalized times is work, work, hard work, very hard work and last but not the least reach to the success.  Self-assessment, SWOT analysis, are some of the basics that an individual must make before making any attempt for establishing a career, employment, or business venture.
