Why some peoples are more successful then their other friends or co-workers.

Have you ever noticed why an average employee is getting more promotions than the other who is more qualified!!!!!!!!

Getting financially satisfied is everybody’s  aim and it should be fulfilled. Why do you need to check your pocket money before going to lunch in a good restaurant? If you are giving your 100% than its your right to be on top of your area.

I know a person who has started his life in a lower middle class family, and his great promotion in his teenage was he has allowed washing glass bottles,cups in a small restaurant.

One day He has started asking from himself why some peoples are more successful and rich then other.

He has started asking with everyone who is successful, he has read thousand of books and then he decided to complete his education while working in restaurant he has completed his Master’s degree in Business Administration from a well known university, and then he has joined a company with last corner seat in office area with a trainee wages.

But he knows the way of success, every time when he meet with his senior, he asks for new projects and this was his great trick to ask for promotion. Promotion and success is obvious when you make success in your projects. After one year he was the top paid employee in that organization with a team of 20 members in his down line.

4.   Give more than they expect: I think this is the key of my success, what if you go on a service station for feeling petrol in your bike and the service person talks very well, also clean your bike, checks air pressure, what will you do next time, you will go only on that service station, so what is the meaning of this !! give your 110% for requirement of 80%. Free gifts are also first choice of human nature, why not to use this thing in your professional life.

5.   Good relationship: Your relations with your co-workers are really important this will make your working on ease, they will help you in your working also will advertise your good skills easily, so make good working and professional relationship with all the persons that you know.

6.   Don’t fear with changes and challenges: Changes and challenges are the most important factors for your success, most of the employees don’t want to change their comfort zone and that is what they never see any success, don’t let any chance of success get slip from your hands because no one know when it will be back. Just be prepare and start your success, defeat your chances of unsuccessful.

7.   Reading: Give at least 10 minutes to reading books, books are the best friend of men, read about new improvement in your field, read about motivational article, read successful people, because this will update you in your area and also motivate you to being on the way that you want.
