Once in awhile we will run into a bad co-worker but it’s not something that you can resolve. If someone is giving you a hard time, they’re not doing their job. It’s against the law to make the work place a hostile place nowadays. People can’t give you problems. You can go to your employer and talk with your employer. There’s no reason to hide your problems. If you speak about it they might get disciplinary action. People usually hide their problems but you should be assertive. You shouldn’t let people make your life miserable. Your employer wouldn’t like it when they hear the story either.

If your co-workers are harassing you, you can document down all the things that they did. You should also get a witness to watch what happened. You can show proof to your employer later or use it in court one day if it’s a big problem. Employees should be professional and they shouldn’t make your life miserable.
Bring it to the Attention of a Human Resource Person
When you need help, you can bring it to the attention of a human resource person. They are there to help you. You can call the office or go there in person to get help. You should have them talk to the other person. They will call the other person in and talk to them about it.
Whistle Blow
You can call an anonymous line and tell them what’s going on. There’s always a whistle blow number that you can call to report the people that are bothering you. You should not be silence. When you fight, you will also create it a better place for other people too.
Find Another Job
If you’re having so much trouble, you can find another job. It’s not worth it to stick around and fight. You should look for other work.
