How to Put Your Resume on the Priority List?

This will help your resume on how to get on the priority list.

You went to your prospect company to apply and notice that there are lots of applicants file. You are worried that you may not have the job you are dreaming for. Do not worry about it because I will list down the tips to help your resume get attention and be in the priority list.

Appearance

Your Resume should catch the attention of the employer. Always take note of your resume appearance. Center your name as the title of document in 14 point or bigger type. Use 12 point for headings and use 11 point for the text. If you are using indented format, try an 8 inch left margin set tab settings at 3 inch. Avoid using template. Print your resume with white paper. Put a decent picture and always remember that it should be recent.

Bearing

As the saying goes “First impression last, it’s the personality that makes a statement”. Let your resume give you the best you deserve. This is about your work experiences, age and Educational Background. Always emphasize your achievements that are most relevant to the position you applying. Show your advantage to other applicants and show organization that you help.

Compatibility

Make sure your completed tasks, background and accomplishments are compatible for the position you are applying. Your ability to use computer programs, to write and speak well, to identify and solve problems, to speak language and work with others will help you a lot in landing the job.

If you follow this step, you will be in the priority list but make sure that all the information you provide is true and correct.
