If You Are One of the Job-Seekers…

Jobs are there and jobs are not there. If you are one of the job-seekers, I think, you are well aware of it.

Kids are sent to the schools if they belong to the families which have the financial capacity to afford for this. Kids are tamed and it is said that they are being disciplined. People take care so that their children learn to read and write. In different countries there are unanimous political consideration regarding compulsory education of the children at least up to the standard of class eight. The states need regular flow of working forces so that their machineries can be run. There are different industries and commercial concerns on sells and services throughout the globe.  Hence, persons of specific knowledge are always required.

On the other hand, children become adult and they require regular income for sustenance. If their family does not have a business or any other endeavor that supplies money, they apply for the jobs showing the certificates that they have secured from the educational institutes. A few of them are talented and fortunate too. They get chances in any research centers or in any other place and earn enough. The rest are left to the world of competitions and to the world of rat races. This way jobs are valued and the spectacle is more or less same in every country.

This is a practical joke against humanity. It is not the fact that people like to sit idle. It is also far from the truth that securing a job makes one happy. In most of the job markets the creativity of a person is compromised when human beings are creative by nature. If he is left to his natural environment he can contribute better. If you study the courses of human civilization you will find hundreds of examples in defense of what has been said just now.

You live in a world where educational centers are depended on the business community. The syllabus of a course is prepared on the basis of the necessity of the business world. This way a learner is forced. He feels some coercion too. He may have inclination to scale the mind of the children. If he lets his parents know his desire they are frightened. They are frightened as they are sure that the “non-pragmatic” child will never find a job in near or far future. He will be asked to apply for the job of a salesman or of a railway ticket checker. He may find a job of a junior clerk in a downstream industrial office. He will be tied to the particular system there only and the wood of the chair will just enter into his soul within a few years.

But you can consider in a different way. The challenges of life are everywhere. You can prepare yourself to face it. Unfortunately you have not been taught to face the challenges of life. You have not been prepared to act this way in your educational centers. The globe, at present, appears to be set for economic activities only. You, therefore, may have been taught how you can sell a product in the market.

You may resolve that you will be the last person to do such things in which you do not feel happy. Yes, you can reach to such a conclusion for your sake only. If you are stirred by music, do not take any step which will separate you from music. Or, do anything that relates to music only. You may not develop yourself as one Bob Dylan or one John Lennon. You may compose lyrics or express your views on the works of the musical masters or you may play a successful role in organizing musical programs. You can do any other thing that may contribute to make you happy. This is the best way; please take it from me, to perform the best in your life. If you follow this, you may earn more than enough and may not earn too. You may remain an ordinary person throughout your life. But you will live as a person whose life is his life. You will live like an independent human being. If you have talent you will surprise the world like a magician. Otherwise, you will always live in touch with such things which keep you happy.
