Opinion Surveys for Jobs
by My opinion about opinion surveys.
They make it hard for you, the people who are looking for a job to get one, by making you answer ‘questions’ that aren’t really questions at all about things that are slightly to very contradictory. The only way to pass these are to lie, or think about what the employer wants to hear. But that defeats the ‘ choose the one that fits’ or ‘choose the first to come to mind’.
If this world is coming to the point where these surveys are mandatory for entry-level jobs, Lord, help us. It takes away the honest people in the work place, the people who are actually trying to get the job.
It makes no sense to me.
