Stupid in the Work Place

Is life easier and better if you pretend to be stupid?  Sometimes I think it is.  I’ve met people who have degrees that act pretty stupid.  Their lives seem to be easy and they seem to be happy.  I must be going at life with the wrong attitude.  I want people to look at me in an intelligent way.  I thrive around intelligent people.  These people seem to be going extinct. What is happening to our work places?

The people in the work place seem to be going brain dead.  There is a good portion of them that have absolutely no common sense whatsoever.  The upper management seem to be clueless.  The corporate heads only care about money making.  They want yes people.  They don’t care if their decisions are right or wrong.  They don’t care if their decisions are humane.  It’s all about money, money, money. 

The workers are at fault for everything that goes wrong. The corporate heads make rash and hasty decisions its the workers fault.  The corporate heads pass down the orders, the workers follow the orders, the plans are complete disaster, its the workers fault.  The workers did what they were told to do, its their fault. 

Companies want to pay less in labor and want more and sufficient production.  They want less man power and more product.  They want to add to the unemployment line and more consumers to buy their products.  Companies and corporate heads want the impossible.  We all want what we can’t have that doesn’t mean we should act on it. 

The work place needs to be more concerned about their workers.  The need to start taking care of their workers again. They are slipping away from being good work places.  The worker should be thankful they have a job is their way of thinking now.
