Its a great feeling to know you’re appreciated,and it definitely helps the feeling process – In one of my jobs I thought they didnt care too much for me, but when I went through a very traumatic stage in my life, which caused me to be absent from work for 3 months, Imagine my surprise when they sent me a huge bouquet of flowers, sending their sympathy.
It touched me so much, and it was lovely to know I wasnt as dispensable as I thought I was.
Faith in the human race can be restored.

This is a postive story and it shows that there are people out there that really care. Your boss is a treasure not only to tell you to take unpaid leave but to also to come and visit. I also look forward to your nest story. Keep them coming.

Your boss should be applauded, she could have easily accepted you were leaving and hired someone else.
