Managing diverse cultures after an acquisition is something that can be very difficult to do and to understand. There are many different types of culture and many different ways to deal with each type. Trying to understand culture can be a very difficult thing especially if you have never learned anything like this before. Culture is something that we face in our everyday lives and are starting to face more and more in our business lives. The more we are able to understand how to manage across these diverse cultures the better chance our business or corporation will have of being successful.

To understand how to manage across diverse cultures we must understand what culture is. We make life so complicating these days and I think it is best to keep this simple. If you want to be treated well, you treat others well.
