The Seven Deadly Sins of Toxic Bosses
Toxic bosses can appear to be quite normal on the outside. Sometimes the toxicity arises out of the chemistry of your relationships.
• Failing to keep in touch with the grass-roots workers in the organization.
• Using fear to motivate workers to greater productivity, rather than respect and affirmation.
• Not understanding that their primary responsibility is to guarantee that their workers succeed, not just themselves.
• Being blind to the unique gifts of those who work for them, and not affirming the value of diversity.
• Not giving priority to the growth of their employees so that they stagnate and lose motivation.
• Failing to foster the free expression of feelings so as to create an open and safe workplace.
• Failing to say “thank you” for a job well done.

Very timely post kabayan. I am always reminded of our president and if she is already poisoning every Filipinos to her greater glory. Maybe not that much for her to stay in power undetected.
