The Simple Guide for Avoiding Boredom at The Work
You might be wondering what Job boredom is. I tell you what it is. You will get tired faster with boredom, you might get sick, throw up and even faint while doing a job you hate to do.
Ok, now it’s time to start. Do get a good music player and check for some online radio stations to listen to. Music improves your brain and has a relaxant effect on your body, which is just what you need to perform in your job. You see, when you are stressed your brain will not perform in the same way, worse than that, according to several researches, it will make your body produce more sugar and less insulin and diabetes are the main result of stress, not to mention all the heart trouble and cancer and worse body immune system. To keep yourself performing good and avoiding boredom make challenge with yourself by being as ‘productive as you can. For example, if you have to fill reports, try to see how many reports you can fill in an hour. If you make websites try to see how many websites you can make a day. If you are an article writer try to see how many articles you can write an hour. Challenge will kick your brain in a higher gear and boost your productivity by a 10x factor according to Charles S. Schwab.
If your body requires physical effort you can work more and longer if you stop to rest frequently. According to a research, your can work up to 4x longer and harder when you rest your body more than you work.
If you are an office worker you might want to change your task from time to time let’s say every half an hour. This way you give that part of the brain a good rest before carrying on.
Did you know that it is scientifically proved that the only thing that reduces your capacity for work is boredom? You can work much faster and longer if you are not bored at your work. Tiredness does not have any significant impact in your work if you are challenged and if you are excited about it. Check the facts in Dale Carnegie Book about How To Stop Worry.
Make sure you set your own standards. It’s very easy to get distracted by watching what all others are doing. Life is a very individual thing, follow your own way because each one has it’s own tastes.

Great article & topic. Yes, very true. If you don’t love what you are doing, then you won’t put all your effort in performing to the best of your ability. Listening to music has a soothing effect on the body and mind. When I write for Triond, I listen to classical music and I notice that my creativity gets the best of me.

Great article, I keep myself very busy ( I am self employeed so I am always on the go) but even when I did work in an office in Manhattan, I could never just do nothing. I never allowed myself to get bored, or my brain to go blank.
