Tips for Working During The Cold Season
Employees have several reasons to come to the workplace even if they are sick. Predict how your body will react under flu/ cold and how high your energy level will be.
Follow these simple tips
If you get sick during winter season, take the day off. Give your body complete rest so you can resume office as quickly as possible.
You can work from home if your boss and job allow you, instead of taking sick leave.
When you are unable to stay home, limit your contact with people. No one wants to get too close to a sick person even if you are not contagious. Also, you probably aren’t in the best of mood and would like to avoid small issues.
Make appropriate arrangements if you miss work. Call the boss and your co-workers who are depending on you. If a colleague is expecting a project from you, send an email to save later headaches of a different kind.
