Life is tough; to survive in life, need money for the live expenses. To have the life expense, human beings must work. It’s either working for another people or become an entrepreneurship to create the money to be the life expense. It is not only that simple, after the financial part has been solved, other difficulties will come. For dealing with money, human beings will become such a bad creature, for example, bad temperament, giving pressure to others, or cheating. So, there will be a lot of things happening at every working place.

Be a positive person. This positive attitude is very important, because by being positive the brain will stay cool whenever there is problem occur.
Be an initiative person. Because by being initiative, whatever happens the company will have a person to take the risk and responsibility to solve the problem without blaming and throwing arrows to each other.
Give gratitude. Because by being gratitude, human beings will always feel thankful for everything that has happened without throwing a bad temperament to each other.
Be a proactive person. Because by being proactive, an employee will know more things and there will have a lot of problems can be avoided.
Do an extra mile and give contribution to the company. Because an employee has to think that if there is no this company, the employee will not get the money for the life expense, especially through this bad financial recession. So, just try to do an extra mile and give more contribution. Just be smart to also not being abused by the company.
So, by those tips above, there will be a happier working environment. Just think that life in this world is not living alone, but living with a lot of people instead. Just bear with whatever problems that occurred, because every contribution that has been given there is award for it.
