The employment prospects for these workers is slightly better than that of farmers.

I definitely have respect for the farm manager. I was vice-president of operations of the largest goat farm in North Carolina. I started off as a farm manager. A farm managers responsibilities are hard work no matter what kind of farm he/she manages. I learned this the hard way. Great article and thanks for sharing.
