Whole Foods Epic Resignation

After reading the now very popular and trending whole foods resignation/rant, I was filled with elated joy that whole foods was being called on its bull**t as well it should be. 

I myself have worked for many corporate soul draining entities, kohl’s, king soopers, and safeway respectively.  Not a single one was any different from the other.  You are beaten into submission over customer service, it is drilled into you Ron Jeremy style.  There is always some bubbly overly excited moron dancing around and trying to get you “Pumped” to make 8 bucks an hour.  There is miles of red tape, beuracracy, and management drones whose sole job in the company is to create more red tape and time wasting excersizes.  To put it simply, its moronic.  After a month everyone knows what must be done, but thats not enough, everything has to be changed every other day to keep people confused and on edge. 

Also people were not dealing with nuclear missles here, its a fricken grocery store, so take it down to defcon 2.  Its one thing to take pride in your work, its another to pretend your not a corporate drone that could be replaced tommorow by any half-witted highschool student with a pen. 

These souless, heartless, profit obssessed companies don’t give a sh*T about its employees and never will.  THey care about growth and profit and nothing else so wake the hell up and aknowledge that.  You can only be hypnotized if you allow it.

Mike Judge seems to understand the annoyance of working in these places.  Office Space and Idiocracy are perfect examples of being half way inteligent and having to be subjected to retards on a daily basis who are completely unaware of it.  ITs punishment.
