Work Experience “What is The Point”

After 4 days of work experience on the  job given to me by my school i was surpricingly FIRED!!!.

I think this was out of order as i was simply doing my job. My job was working in the NHS, where i then had to collect a series of medical records and bring them back to my colleagues where they would be tracked and distributed to hospitals.

This job to me seemed much like a builder pushing a willbarrow of dirt back and forwards as essentially that was what i was doing, but me and a few friends found excitement in this boring job by out of thousands of medical records finding 1 or 2 medical records of people we knew. We also found many people with very strange names like “James James”

I was fired for looking bored while working. the guy clearly done this as me giving him “FREE LABOUR” i.e. i became a SLAVE for 4 days wasnt enough for him. He was pissed becuz of the forms he wud of had 2 feel out about me and the report he wud of had 2 write on me. out of 4 people working for him, he fired 3.

Work Experience doesnt bring teenagers in to the world of work becuz, 1. your working for free. and 2. you can leave at any time and get another job the next day, as after i  was fired i did work experience in my school.

Something  i had only ever seen done in waterloo road lol
