Dear writing4angels,
This is a very good article pointing out very real facts on the impact of third-shifting. Those hours of employment are usually quiet, dark, while the rest of the world might be sleeping, one is toiling at a labor in which their body takes the hardest toll.
For women, there are evn more difficulties with ‘living the lunar-cycle life’ and not sleeping as opposed to waking up in the solar-cycle of life. In women the problems fester into infertility, atherosclerosis, early menopause and various gynecological and hormonal imbalances and dysfunctions because we live cycle to cycle; moreso than our male counterparts.
Thank you so much for sharing this article and I look forward to several more. Please take a look at mine and perhaps we can connect . . .
